The state has been extensively analyzed for both Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections. Chunaav has undertaken four projects in this state taking over five lakh responses/interviews/samples spanning over a decade, covering diverse areas from analyzing individual candidates’ performance at the grassroots level, highlighting the major achievements of the government, online campaign management, creating bullet points for speeches, and managing the movement of lead campaigners, among other things besides creating each assembly constituency specific reports and consolidated reports.
In the preparation for the 2021 Vidhan Sabha Election, a statewide primary sample survey of over 65,000 individuals with community weighted reports generation for all the 126 assembly constituencies, along with numerous dashboards, consolidated reports, individual candidates’ performance, analysis of prominent issues, achievements, and failures in each constituency.
An actionable political strategy was designed by conducting a statewide primary sample survey to bring out the potential alliance partners for the client and analyze the performance of the sitting MLAs and the upcoming new faces in each constituency.
Statewide primary survey collection of over 45,000 individuals with a pilot survey of 2,000 individuals. The research aimed to determine the reach of different government social security programs. Also, the major issues/problems faced by people were determined. Based on this information, a five-year roadmap was designed to tackle these problems and the majority of the suggestions were incorporated into the manifesto for the upcoming elections.
Stratified sampling was conducted over various facets of election management with special emphasis on the visual presentation of reports. Over 2,10,000 individuals were interviewed and over one-third of them were revisited to evaluate the performance of the campaign strategy. Visual tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. were extensively used and results were demonstrated to many political leaders.
Vidhan Sabha and Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections have been analyzed for the clients. For both instances, stratified primary sample surveys were conducted with an average sample ranging from 700 to 1500 individuals in each ward/assembly constituency. Also, the reports were tailored for each constituency with a tailored questionnaire for each ward/assembly constituency. Lastly, besides using the past election statistics, the booth level performance of each candidate in the previous elections was tabulated to demarcate regions in an assembly constituency based on past elections' voting behavior. This allowed for strategic intervention in booths with lower vote share for the client in the previous elections. The net result of the exercise was a net gain in vote share in the assembly.
A longitudinal study was conducted to access the impact of the political campaign over the 6 months. The research also focused on identifying the key problems faced by the public and corrective measures were suggested for the same. Finally, a concerted effort was put into designing/implementing an online election campaign machinery.
Stratified sampling was conducted to analyze several bye-elections in the state. An extensive groundwork was carried out from understanding the socio-cultural and economic background of these constituencies to suggesting the likely candidates with their strengths and weaknesses. An online campaign management team was set up along with booth level programs coordinator. Data was collected and analyzed in real-time to track the progress of the campaign management. Also, telephonic interviews were conducted based on our collected data to further develop the winning strategy.

Also, a campaign management team was set up to streamline the efforts digitally and regionally.
A stratified primary survey, with extensive secondary research, was conducted to evaluate the Brihanmumbai Mahanagar Palika (BMC) elections. Special emphasis was given to identifying suitable candidates for each ward by understanding its socio-cultural and political leanings.
